Peninsula Ukulele Group PUG's meetup

Peninsula Ukulele Group, PUGs, meets on the 3rd Wednesdays of the month at the Trinity Presbyterian Church in San Carlos from 6-8pm.  No fees, just show up and have fun!  Our group is based on the premise that new players can learn faster playing with a group.  There are members of all skill levels that are available to teach new players or play along with experienced players.  Hope to see you there!

Ditto dat! Great energy, fun songs, laughter, so much talent!
So is there interest in a 10-15 minute "open mic" session for our Sept. meetup? At 5:45? During the 6:00-8:00 block? Another day entirely? I would really be interested in actually being able to hear that talent--even hidden talent ;-)

This was the best so far!!! Even though some regulars couldn't make it, new players showed up to make this a group of 15. Thanks to Linda C. our leader, we had a varied playlist of great songs. It would help if those attending would print out the music for the month to bring. On this website go to "More", drop down to "files" to view the playlist, and download to your computer to print.

Not a lot of variety, but very friendly.

I'm so excited to get back with you all again for a uke-stravaganza! I joined a uke meetup here while on vacation in San Diego and downloaded some great new music I'd love to share with you one of these months.
    See you soon!

Aloha everyone! The August Playlist has been updated, look for v3. Always a good idea to print right before our meeting to ensure you have the latest version. See you in August! :)

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
