Need Help!

I've had 3 girls for about a year. In the last 4 or so months the one on the bottom of the pecking order is very slowly having her feathers pecked out. So far no skin showing and no blood, it's all the top far. She sits on a low roost and lets them pick at her. Sometimes times they get along fine. Recently she's taken to sleeping alone in the coop while the other two sleep on a roost outside. I've had to set up a seperate nest so she can lay since my lead hen won't let her lay in the nest they have.

I've tried those things called "Hen Savers", but they just pick the exposed feathers. I've tried Hot Pick spray to no avail. I've tried separating her, but it continues when I put her with the others. I'm at a loss and don't know what to do.

If I need to rehome, I will, but I'd rather find a way to make this work.

Any ideas??????
