These popular three-mile walks over rolling sand dunes last about 2 and a half hours and are considered moderately strenuous.

I also have a ticket for the 2:00pm tour that I won't be attending. I'd like to give my ticket away, but I phoned the tour company and was told tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE and can only be picked up the day of the tour. (Photo ID is required to pick up tix.) They might open the extra spaces for us "no-shows" on a first-come first-serve basis, but they'll charge for the tickets again.
I just purchased my ticket for the tour; I went on this tour with my students every year for ten years, and I still miss the experience, so I cannot wait. What a great way to celebrate your birthday, Chuck. There is a fabulous dive, down the road, that serves the most amazing home made soups I have ever tasted. Perhaps those, who would like, could venture there afterwards for a bite to eat? I would be happy to lead a rousing chorus of "Happy Birthday" to you. :-)
