The focus of this group is to discuss and share information on intelligent and logical approaches to fitness and strength. Talks are geared toward fitness professionals, but meetups are open to the general public. We explore eating and training methods to develop strong, lean, and muscular bodies that look good and perform optimally. Topics include physiological response to exercise, exercise program design, technical discussion on execution of barbell and kettlebell lifts: squat, deadlift, swing, overhead press, bench press, clean, and snatch.
