Diana Espino is a Software Developer at VMR Products, where she oversees data collection and reporting for eCommerce. She is responsible for analytics implementation & configuration, validating data accuracy, and integrating web data with cross-channel marketing & consumer data. She is passionate about helping others understand what's happening on a network from an IT standpoint and on a website from a marketing focus. Diana has an MBA and is Google Analytics certified.

Michael Chacon has 11 years experience developing for the Web and 4 years experience in WordPress theme and plugin development. He earned a B.S from Florida State University in Information Technology and was a speaker at the 2011 WordCamp Miami Conference in theme Development. He specializes in user interace design and development and is currently owner of SIC Digital Creative Agency.

    I like when the topics are on things that I think I have some understanding of just to be blown away again with how far off I'd been. Diana made clear the importance of analytics for business sites and Michael showed how easily analytics can be implemented. I actually updated a client's site during the meetup.
