757 Market Street
20 Yerba Buena Lane,
San Francisco, CA
Your only cost is your drinks plus tips. Due to popular demand we go back to this giant, 9,000 square feet, wine bar, in the basement of the Four Seasons Hotel on Market Street between 3rd & 4th Streets. Entrance is on the right side of the hotel, looking from Market Street, which is on Yerba Buena Lane.
This multi-million dollar place has a lot for us: very close to Powell Street BART and muni, big and beautiful inside, with lots of choices in wine tasting and food. Another plus is that it is usually one of the quietest wine bars in SF which is due to its big size and that they play low volume music. They serve tastes as well as full glasses.
Apparently their original format of having six wine bars each representing one Napa or Sonoma winery combined into one giant wine bar was not working. The changes I know about are that they are doing the ordinary wine bar format, stopped retail, and are adding beer and more food selections. Come see all the changes.
Yes, you may show up late. Now on Wednesdays they serve wine till 10:00 PM instead of 9:00 PM. We will have a base area for ourselves and then people can roam around and return to base. We will have a couple signs saying, "San Francisco Wine Lovers Group," plus sign-in-sheets and name tags for all attendees.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
