Here is one yelp review of Powered by Pork:

I am coming out of the woodwork after a damn new 2-year hiatus to explain to the Yelp community the glory that are Powered by Pork's heavenly blessed tacos. 'I've got to say that these are some of the best street tacos around. Not only does this guy put the effort and caring into the preparation of the meats that he puts into his tacos - he puts a lot of thought into the ancillary ingredients, including shaved carrot, daikon, peanuts, onion, cilantro, etc etc that really pulls the whole thing together. On top of that, he makes custom sauces to slather inside your tacos - the glue, if you will. I don't know exactly what is in the brown Asian inspired sauce, but it is my favorite, bar none.
