Please indcate whether you are already an LF photographer or would like to get started in LF photography in near future. (If you have no intention of doing LF photography, you may be better served by joining other photography groups.)

I supported the Travelwide Kickstarter campaign. It has been long delayed, buy they're now claiming to ship by the end of September 2014. I already bought a Schneider 90mm f/8 Super-Angulon lens for it. I can't wait to get started.

What are your photography subject areas (e.g. landscape, portrait, etc.)?

I like to do landscapes and old buildings with medium format; street photography with 35 mm or digital. I will probably do mostly landscapes with the 4x5.

Do you do B&W or color or both types of photography? What film do you use? If you use traditional darkroom, what developers do you use?

I shoot B&W exclusively when I shoot film. I've always liked B&W best. B&W looks best in film. I haven't settled on a film yet. I'm still experimenting. I suspect I will ultimately settle on couple of different films, depending on the look or mood I'm trying to convey. I do not (yet!) develop myself. I bought an Epson printer, so I'm planning printing most images digitally.

Do you use digital techniques (scanning, Photoshop, digial printing, etc.) for producing the prints or you use traditional darkroom or both? What digital printers and papers do you use? What traditional darkroom chemisty and papers do you use?

My digital manipulations so far have only been with digital images. I haven't yet gotten sophisticated enough to manipulate film images. I don't do any darkroom manipulations, since I'm not planning on doing darkroom printing. I do expect to scan all of my film, so I will be doing some manipulation of my B&W film images and then printing them digitally. I prefer the look of genuine made-in-the-darkroom silver halide prints, but that isn't practical for me right now.

What type of LF camera(s) do you use (e.g. 4x5" Arca Swiss)? It's perfectly okay to join this group even if you don't have an LF camera yet.

The Travelwide allegedly will arrive soon! I also have a few designs of my own that I'm hoping to build when I have the time.

I'm a future LF shooter. I'm trying to get more comfortable with the smaller formats first, but I am hoping to jump into 4x5 within the next couple of months.
