Hi everyone! My name is Maria, or Mia (is what friends call me). I love Dachshunds... In fact I think they are the sweetest breed there is!

"My little girl's name is Daisy. She spends most of her time at home, but I think that's only because she doesn't have any friends. She gets intimidated by large dogs so it's never really a good idea to let her run around randomly in the park because you never know when a big dog might show up. Which is WHY i think this group is perfect: It will give her a chance to run around with some fellow dachshund buddies and maybe make some new friends! I am a fan of the huge variety of this breed and their personalities are simply the best. Basically, i think anyone who owns a dachshund rocks!! Which is why I joined :) Daisy and I hope to be attending a meet-up session soon and hopefully making some similar-sized friends whom she can safely play with."
