Through this meetup group, a group of approximate 8-12 members at each event. We will get together and explore dining places in/around town; while most importantly, having the opportunity to meet, connect, and exchange ideas.
All members of this group are encouraged to host meet ups and offer suggestions.
1. We required all members posting actual photos of themselves for their profile picture, so that group members can be easily recognized and greeted each other at the event. We will not approve any members without the actual photos.
2. Leadership team spends their personal time in contact with the restaurants for a group dining reservation requirement and other information. Restaurants also spend their time to arrange and set up the dining table for a large group reservation. Based on those reasons, we will have to apply a strict “No Show” policy to non-attendance members, meaning if members reserved a seat of attendance but do not show up without notify the group or organizers 48 hrs prior to the event. “No Shows” members will be removed from the group. Members will be notified by email once they have been removed from the group.
3. If any members cannot attend the reserved event, 48 hours cancellation notice must be given. Last minute cancellation's members will be removed from the group (less than 48 hrs, 2 days). On account of the waitlisted members need times to schedule their time frame accordingly. It takes time to be notified there are spots available. Restaurants also require 48 hours notification regarding the reservation changes prior to the event.
