Re: [sfror] AirPair Remote Pairing

My last client moved to a pair programming session during the interview process. I personally value seeing code that someone produced.

It's a great conversation piece during the interview. Typically I use code examples in two ways.

1. Filter out bad developers - Those that show a total lack of understanding
2. Identify items to talk about - Those examples that are not 'bad', but interesting to see what they were thinking. I love to discuss the pro/cons of those examples to see if the person was thinking.

Awesome time at monday's pairing hack night!

I recently started a pay by the hour pairing service called AirPair. I
have 1 customer looking for code review with an advanced Ruby and
backboneJS dev. If you think youre that person, or if interested in by
the hour remote pairing help, check out

Or drop me a line directly.

Thanks a again for the hack night and nice to meet many of you.
