I am the program coordinator for Marin Scuba Club and heard about the group from our Board member, Barbara. Hope that members who are in the Marin area can join our club for some excellent presentations in the New Year.

Virgina - The nucs I started in Marin are doing quite well. I don't expect to get any significant honey. The rainy season has started. I was cleaning out some comb in the top feeders. The honey from that had a distinctive red tint to it. I did notice early on that the bees were bringing in red pollen. I have three medium frames in my hive here in the City that I'm going to take. My honey here is definetly lighter and, I guess I would use the word softer tasting that what I tasted from my Marin
Virgina - I was unable to make the meeting last month. I just setup two hives from spilts on a friends property in Marin. I've been keeping bees for about fours years now. Wish we got more sun here in the City.
The images in your website are fantastic! I'm in total awe. I've been to Tonga swimming with humpbacks too, though my images pale in comparison. Hope to meet you at one of the Adventure Travel Photograpers with a Conscience meetups.
