Friendly, yet Competitive games. Full Size Goals and Fields. 11 on 11 games. Coed. All skill levels welcome - but being in some-what decent shape with some level of skill will certainly help. Effort counts. Full 90 min + games usually with no subs. Adults only please.
We are an extremely dedicated group of players from various skill levels and ages. We enforce a strict RSVP policy to guarantee games are a full, 11 vs 11.
Membership fee: $10/year. All proceeds are put back into the group to pay for upkeep of balls, keeper gloves, and insurance. Once you hit your 50th game, yearly fees are no longer due and you become a "lifer." To pay your dues, send a $10 paypal payment to Jason@thehellyousay.net -- Make sure to include your full name and your meetup ID/Name so we can make sure to update your status on the site with ease.
ONLY current, paid-up members may RSVP for games (unless otherwise stated.) Please do not RSVP to a game without being a paid member/lifer.
We currently play in Woodland Hills, Sherman Oaks and Boyle Heights near downtown Los Angeles. We're always looking to add new match days and fields.
This group is entirely dedicated to creating a competitive environment for playing soccer. This is not a business nor a money-making operation. Field costs, equipment upkeep (we use $ 150 official league match balls), application fees, and insurance costs are all tied into membership and RSVP fees. If you find yourself playing with another group on the same field we play for at a higher cost, know that you're being ripped off.
See you on the pitch

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
