Peace-Willis Steampunk-Style Wedding

This is more an invitation than a formal "meetup".... You are invited to the Steampunk-style Holy Union ceremony (read "wedding without government/legal involvement") with Ben Willis (of BlissFest and ZombieFest) and Karen Peace (composer) at a downtown church. Steampunk attire encouraged! *PLEASE -- RSVP Required* -- limited space... Note that this is a serious wedding, it is just that the attire and a bit of whimsy (steampunk and other) is added to the mix). The reception, strictly limited to 100 people, will be far wilder! See file added elsewhere on this site (pending Shannon's approval) for details. You are encouraged to wear your best Steampunk duds! Please do NOT bring weapons, real or play, to the wedding. No presents, please, but if you plan to attend the reception, please bring a potluck dish, dessert, salad, etc. PLEASE - Per our contract -- No alcohol or soda can be brought in, but there will be a cash bar for soda and alcohol at the reception -- proceeds from this will go to benefit the Shriners's work with children in the medical area.

The wedding is at the posted location. The reception is at the Shriner's Hall after the wedding-- see details here:

I'm a local gallery artist specializing in creating steampunk jewelry if you would like something made special for the ceremony I could offer the bride(Karen) a necklace or earrings as a wedding gift. Let me know and we can meet up sometime. Congrats!

Are you available Saturday at all? I am meeting up with a few other ladies for custom orders and will be in Manitou all afternoon. Would still love to get together at some point if Saturday doesn't work. I'm at another gallery on Sunday. Let me know how malleable your schedule is. TTYS

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
