This group is aimed at organizing with the singular focus of helping people navigate complex health topics and anything related quantified self or "biohacking".
Practically speaking this means we may meet talk about any wide array of subjects, but here's a few examples...
• Techniques for maximizing our chances of having long and healthful lives. That might mean throwing a little bit of sauna use in the mix, optimizing your diet for micronutrient density, fixing a magnesium deficiency that a large (double digit) percentage of the population has and reduces capacity for DNA repair, or just trying to stay in the "Vitamin D Sweet Spot" (an optimal blood level for vitamin D that research shows is associated with longer telomeres).

• Whether changing the composition of your gut microbiome actually improves move your biological set point: moving it further away from obesity and towards a more healthful body composition.
