All different films and presenters at this program. Tickets through Eventbrite are $10; $15 at the door if available. RSVPs give you priority at the door to get a $15 ticket if there is a sell-out. Our first event sold out; we had almost 50 attendees at our second event. Please join us, and we need these advance and paid reservations to cover the cost of the room and refreshments.
Films and Presenters for Next Film and Business Networking Event. Do you have a short film up to 10 minutes you would like to show and attend to introduce yourself and your film for a few minutes. We will have openings for 3 or 4 presenters among those attending the event. If interested, email me with a link to your film at [address removed]. If possible, I’d like to screen and announce your film in advance, though there may be some openings at the event for those who bring a DVD.
Next Film Exchange. There will be another Film Exchange on Wednesday, October 30 from 7:30 to 9:30/10 p.m. It’s near the ocean in the outer Richmond district in San Francisco. I’ll send out the exact address on Monday the 28th to those who RSVP. Get and give feedback on whatever you are working on – a script, new idea, DVD of your latest projects, or ask questions about the film industry. Or just come if you want to see what others are doing and give feedback. No charge since this is a group for sharing ideas. It’s limited to 15 people to keep this like a discussion group, so sign up early if you want to attend. You can see details on the Meetup group website at www.meetup.com/bayareafilmandtvconnection and RSVP there.
