Hi, come join us for an evening of group meditation. Recharge your body mind and spirit with this practice of going inward. Harmonise with others, and share in this group mind experience. Half the practice is chanting a Sanskrit mantra the other half is silent meditation. Durring the silent meditation there will be a gong played to help pull our attention out of thoughts and back to the present moment. All are welcome.
