Recently, Deanna has brought the power of Fluid Isometrics to individuals through her Block Therapy group sessions, instructional video and the revolutionary Block Buddy, all of which make it possible for individuals to harness the power of Fluid Isometrics at home, school, work or anywhere. 

Deanna believes the wisdom shared in groups like SHOUT is a powerful vehicle for change in the world and looks forward to future SHOUT! meetups that will feature new experts each month sharing their knowledge of health and wellness.
