Dear all

Hope you are all well.

This year we are, for the first time, going to have a full Diwali programme at the Ilford Exchange Shopping Centre on Saturday 10th November 11am-4pm.

The Event will be well publicized and we expect thousands of people to be coming to the event, during the course of the day. Other than song, dance, cat walk and entertainment on the stage we are hoping to have diwali related pictures on the walls in the Exchange, Sari/bunting drapes along the stairs and walk ways, as well as have periodic procession dances throughout the Exchange- Jago/Garba etc as well as vegetarian Indian street food, stalls selling books/cards/gifts/ mendhi/ beauty and ayurvedic massages/indian dresses It will be a multicultural event with schools taking part in the entertainment- a true party. NuSound radio will be organizing the music.

Would you like to be involved in the Event? If so in which way? Do let us know as we shall be drawing up the programme shortly.

Please do let me know. Kind regards

Ravi Bhanot

Event Co-Ordinator
