Our client, a charity based in Kings Cross requires an Interim HR Assistant on a 1-2 month contract basis with the view to go permanent after the 2 months. As the interim HR Assistant you will support high quality HR practices throughout the region and to provide managers with advice and guidance to enable them to achieve corporate goals and meet responsibilities to the people they manage
The ideal candidate will be comprehensive administration experience, excellent attention to detail, Willingness and ability to travel throughout UK, excellent organisational skills in a pressurised environment, ability to prioritise effectively and escalate issues where appropriate, knowledge of employment law, experience of working with databases, good knowledge of good HR practice
Candidates must be immediately available for interview and start.
