Thirsty Thursday - Whiskey Street

This newly opened bar has been brought to my attention a few times from different people and always in a good way. Join me in checking out this downtown bar and show them how awesome the beer drinkers are.

I would love to go, but it's a "school night".

T-minus 28 days and counting, Steve.... although I found out I will be spending two nights in Colorado to tour New Belgium and Avery Breweries (booo hooo for me...and the New Maharaja Double IPA is out and on tap!) - ACTUAL SLC arrival now shifted to 30 April. I will make the very first Meetup as soon as I get settled in the Sheraton Downtown!! I'm really not excited....can you tell?????????? PS... There is no IPA in India... go figure!!

It would make sense that they are just pale ales instead of Indian Pale Ales.

Nothing but (bad) lagers brewed here....but in Bangalore there are 10-micro-breweries that are doing good work. Our state (Andhra Pradesh) has a mafia-like control over liquor brands and prices ... and bringing in hops and grains to brew is nearly impossible. I have expat friends bring me care-packages every few months :-)

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
