In this event WSGR attorneys will share legal pitfalls and risks for founders. The discussion will cover company formation, IP, stock matters and employment issues. Also, you will be able to connect with other founders and learn about the Startup Leadership Program, which is a world class training program and network operating in 22 locations throughout the world.
We expect to have SLP alumni, experienced entrepreneurs and startup advisors to join the event for a panel discussion. Goal is to learn from successful founders and to give candidates a better idea of the SLP program.
