SMART Fitness KC’s Monday or Tuesday Morning Speed Sessions are designed to improve your speed, stamina, and strength through a variety of track and hill workouts. These workouts are designed primarily improve half marathon or marathon times, but also 5K/10K times. All abilities are welcome, as workouts are customized for various levels and races. Come train with us! You are welcome to join us for a complimentary workout anytime.
