Spotlight Session with Laura

A fun, abstract figure session with the always charismatic Laura. We will explore some fun lighting, and make some cool modifiers from household items. Add in Laura's sense of humor, great tattoos, killer posing and this will be a great shoot.

18+ only as there will be artistic nudity.

I included one of the TV set-up here on the Meetup page (it's currently number 63 in the list). All the photos I processed are in the gallery I sent you via email. Let me know if you need me to send you another email.

I have at long last processed my pictures. I uploaded the 96 keepers. The TV shots could have been done darker but I like the bright light in the shots. It looked like a very natural bright room and I was still able to get the TV noise to be very visible.

Most of the shots by the window were by what looks like swarms of dust particulars. It is not uncommon to see dust in bright rays of light but this stuff was numerous and would be too time consuming to clean up. Perhaps the dust came from the sweater? I will post an example of this on the MeetUp facebook page. Let me know if you want these dropboxed to you or delivered some other way.

Mine didn't turn out as I had envisioned. I wanted a 1950s-ish dark & shadowy scene with you to add mystery and glamour; but the studio lights were too high-key to accommodate the illumination from the television. Too much information......

Chris did an outstanding job on the lighting setups. The studio has a great deal of character and Laura did some fantastic posing.

Absolutely awesome! This was probably the best studio session I've ever had. Thanks Chris!

Thank you, I'm glad you had a great time. I think more credit is due to our fantastic model, Laura, than to me.

Okay if I bring some props and a little fan?

Absolutely, props and creativity are always encouraged. Welcome to bring a fan, but I have a small one and an industrial one at the studio.
