With this group the "usual" is anything but. We are so diverse it is amazing, yet we fit together like a well oiled machine and laughter is generally the order of the day. Melissa showed off gorgeous handspun, a newly finished sweater and project bags she's made. Jennifer S. put in a rare appearance, working on a lovely red "toothy" shawl. Raquel was finishing a beautiful 53 shawl for her mother, and showed off yarn and other goodies she got. Claire, in another rare appearance, worked on a very pretty sweater. Regular, Betsy showed off the cutest baby hoodie ever. Margi worked on her life project - the tiny square afghan in sock yarn - beautiful. And former post-doc, now Research Scientist (congrats!) Amanda was finishing her socks in that gorgeous blue yarn she dyed with Easter egg dye. What a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon!!!

FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS WOOLLY!! We are a Stitch-N-Bitch group open to novice and experienced knitters/crocheters of all ages.
Come to hang out while visiting with new and old fiber friends.
We meet every Sunday afternoon but sometimes we take roadtrips and meet fantastic people:
In October 2011 we met Stephanie Pearl-Mcphee (Yarn Harlot) and Ysolda Teague!
If you like the fiber arts and want to meet others who do too then sign up (it's free!) and RSVP.
Let’s get out of the house, get together and chat. Bring your sticks and string and I’ll meet you there!
Meet us on Ravelry: http://www.ravelry.com/groups/snb-281--san-antonio-central
We have daily discussion and KALs from time to time, too!
Once you've joined us for a meeting, please leave a review or contact me with any questions or comments! I love to get feedback that will help us to make our fabulous group even better.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
