San Juan Capistrano Independence Day Tea Party

We care about what America is and where America is going! We are going to have an Independence Day Tea Party at the Historic Park in San Juan Capistrano, just down from the historic Mission of San Juan Capistrano. Make your signs, bring your kids and grandparents, and join other like-minded people for a July 4th Rally.

We are all supporters of America and want all who want to come to participate in a non-partisan way. If you believe there’s just too much BIG government, too much spending, too much regulation, and way too much nanny-state legislation going on, then you are at the right place. We are supporters of smaller government on less money, less taxation, and less career politicians, on both sides of the aisle. We believe that Congress should be subject to term limits, just like the Presidency. Congress was not meant to be a career and life-long job for politicians.

I have only recently started going to these meetings and it is an honor to be around like minded people who love America as I do and want to make sure it remains the GREAT country it has always been.

Everyone I talked to was grateful for the opportunity to come join like mineded people that are concerned with the direction our country is headed. Everyone was eager to sign ALL of the petitions we had. People are MAD AS HELL and THEY ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE.

Good speakers. 4th of July was difficult to get people out because of the competition with family gatherings. The Tea party was very well organized.

I felt that this Tea Party was well-attended and had a lot of enthusiasm. It is great to spend a nice day with people who care about their country!

It was an amazing turn out! There were many, many good Americans that just want our government to serve us and stop taxing us to death. We know that with every law they make, they are just feeding themselves and taking away our freedoms and liberties. We ran out of signature pages for our petitions!! Isn't that great??

We had a good turn out considering there was little to no public advertising of this event. still a good size group of Americans came to celebrate the 4th and our right to assembly & our freedom of speach! Thank you to Tanya & all of the 912'ers that toiled to put on this MeetUp and worked the tables collecting petitions, and for our speakers, Bully For You. As for me.....I WANT MY COUNTRY BACK!!!

What a beautiful day to declare our Independence, huge crowd, beautiful enthusiastic group of people. Well organized, good strong Speakers, decorated with Red, White & Blue, America Flags everywhere, great printed material, and petitions .Banners donated from local business. Great sound system, lots of patriotic music. Everyone carried Banners, from Grandmothers to children, expressing their right to Free Speech. After the meeting ended, everyone was invited out onto the sidewalk, to parade our Banners to the main Intersection of San Juan Capistrano. We did this, and receieved a huge amount of honking and cheers from passing cars. All in all, a great success, and we thank all the people who worked so hard to make this event a most memorable event. I was proud to be there.
