MTB - Santiago Peak via Holly Jim - intermediate+

This is a one way up and down ride of about 10 miles one way. 20 miles total.
Gain elevation is 4626 feet
Some sections have a grade of 26%
Some sections are so rocky they cannot be biked (unless you are expert).
All this to say Santiago Peak is no "peak"nick.
This is for good shape intermediate and up.
The reward is to admire the view from this radio-tower-encrusted summit.

We will park on dirt Trabuco Creek Rd.
This is just before the US National Forest limit. That way the adventure pass is not required to park there.

Rolling time is 7 AM sharp.

Note: Holly Jim trail is extremely popular with hikers. We may encounter dozens of people on the way up and down this trail.
Utilize caution when riding sections with limited visibility or where you may be required to stop suddenly.
