Exploring the jQuery DataBinding & DataLinking Plugins

This month Chris Love will be our presenter! This past Spring Microsoft announced they would be putting any future AJAX development resources into adding valuable plugins to the jQuery ecosystem and working with the core team to improve the jQuery Core. The first plugiin announced is DataBinding, which gives developers the ability to easily bind objects to DOM elements such as Forms and Tables. This was followed up with the DataLinking plugin. It makes tying data changes in one element to another element. This presentation explores the use and capabilities of these two plugins in real-world scenarios. As a bonus all code will be done in the context of the new Microsoft WebMatrix web development tool!
