I LOVE being outdoors! I prefer outdoors to an indoor stationary treadmill. I like the sounds, scents, scenes, quiet, calm, colors of being outdoors. I exercise every day, gym 3days/week, and walks 4days/week, and I never understand how folks run/jog/walk with headphones/ear buds pumping NOISE into their ears.
no, I do not. I just walk on the closest sidewalk. As long as there are trees, air, breezes, birds, I'm good.
I use my walking exercise as meditation time most of the time, so this meetup is perfect for me; thing is I live in Chapel Hill now (only another 6 weeks tho), so I'm not sure if I can make the walks, but I do want to join this group.
