I work at Lutheran Social Services of Nevada; we've recently started a non-medical, in-home personal care program for seniors and disabled. I'm interested in meeting others serving this population.

What position do you hold?

Special Projects Manager is my title. I've been tasked with starting up our in-home care program.

What inspires you the most about working in the Senior Industry?

helping people, particularly people who've worked for years and are now trying to enjoy their "golden years". There's so much knowledge, interest and experience. Helping others get through troubling times is a gift I have and I love to share it.
