I became seriously involved when stationed in Korea with the Air Force. On weekends I wandered the countryside taking photos and then developed and printed the film in the base darkroom.
I bought my first Nikon F in Tokyo in 1969 and have stayed with Nikon ever since. I currently have a D7100 and D90. My favorite lens is the Nikkor[masked]mm. For wide-angle work, I use a Nikkor 12-24mm and the Nikon Fisheye lens.

I've taught photography for 40 years. I'm retired from the University of Ga. where I produced educational media. I currently teach adult ed. photography classes at the UGA Center for Continuing Education and the John C. Campbell Folk School.
An excellent group. The result of much hard work by all concerned.
