    Raj, I'm going to assume you use LR. I would use the gradient adjustment and slide from the bottom to about halfway into the image and using the highlights slider, drag it to the left until you start to see the horizon light dim enough for your satisfaction. While still in the gradient adjustment tool, drag the black slider to the left a bit also.
