About The Doyle Group

The Doyle Group was founded on fundamental, client-relationship principals such as listening to our client’s needs, taking the time to learn their culture and conducting ourselves with honesty and integrity that exceeds their expectations. The reality in the recruiting business is that there are two clients in every search -- the candidate who is looking for a career opportunity and the hiring authority who is seeking a new resource. If you can serve both clients’ needs while exceeding and surpassing your clients’ previous experience with recruiting firms, then you have earned a business partner for life.

Interesting conversation during the meeting. I think the emphasis on automation tools and skills was more extensive than anticipated. We should have stayed with a more generic apporach/conversation, but automation is a hot topic now and thus the conversation went that way.
