Spelunker Ride -- Do Over

Kickstands up at 9 am.

This is a redo of the ride that 6 of the group's bravest weathered the forecasted threats (on our first day of summer) and conquered. For those who wimped out (didn't want to get your tires wet, hair frizzy,... whatever) here is your chance to come out and redeem yourselves ( you know who you are ).

Ride Description:

If you like quiet country roads, with rolling, curvy hills with long sweeping turns, beautiful expansive views, while crossing a few streams, and riding in and out of shade, this ride may just be for you. It is approximately 85 miles from Manassas to our lunch destination where you can enjoy a Cavern burger and a shake. It will take just over 2 hours to get there. The return route will be determined by majority of interest just prior to departing our lunch venue.

The Ride Leader will be Hatchet.

Stay tuned for more information as it develops.

So I ordered a new combo switch from BMW and after struggling to get everything apart, the new switch has a single electrical connector, mine has 2. So now i'm going to take Morton's BMW and ask for them to install the correct one and I expect a labor discount for my troubles. So no riding til?

Hatchet, thanks for this second chance. I heard the ride was great. So glad to get a another chance at it. And just to for the record -- having to work doesn't qualify as "wimping out". Really, I had to work. Honest. Ask Judy.

Alright Dan, you're excused. I do remember that you had to work. Should be a great day to ride Saturday.

Thanks Hatchet for the "Do Over" for this ride for those of us who "wimped" out the first go round :). Look forward to this ride!
