Watch "Chasing Ice"... and have a drink or two

"Chasing Ice is the story of one man’s mission to change the tide of history by gathering undeniable evidence of our changing planet. Within months of that first trip to Iceland, the photographer conceived the boldest expedition of his life: The Extreme Ice Survey. With a band of young adventurers in tow, Balog began deploying revolutionary time-lapse cameras across the brutal Arctic to capture a multi-year record of the world’s changing glaciers. - See more at: http://www.chasingice.com/about-the-film/synopsis/#sthash.UGsZkVvd.dpuf

We may need a drink or two after watching this movie!

I'm planning on sharing this event with a number of environmental groups. All are welcome so invite your friends and social networks.

Peter Sinclair from Climate Denial Crock of the Week will Skype in after the showing to tell us about his recent trip to Greenland to document the "Dark Snow Project" by Glaciologist Jason Box.

We'll start the movie at 7:15.  It is 1 hour and 15 minutes long so be sure to grab some food and drink before it starts!  Peter Sinclair will call in for a 15 minute chat after the showing.
