Global Warming & Climate Change: A National Debate, cont. adult ed class, Day 1

Join climate change communicator, Brian Ettling, and UMSL Professor Jim Jordan, for one or both days of this two-day workshop on global warming and our changing climate. Scientists have linked the extreme weather events that have been occurring over the past few years to climate change and global warming. We’ll take a look at the latest scientific evidence, talk about the politics and impact of climate change on society, discuss how different people view the issue, and cover actions individuals can take. Day One focuses on scientific evidence and positions of dissent. Day Two covers how society views and acts toward climate change.
