Ember-App-Kit - the foundation for ambitious web applications built with Ember.js

Ember App Kit (EAK) lets you develop, build, and test ambitious Ember.js applications. At the very least, it helps setup your Ember.js applications directory structure.  Come learn from Nathan Dauber why using EAK will speed up your development efforts.

Test Driven Development with Ember.js

Ember.js comes with some fantastic tools for automated testing, the ember-testing package. This talk by Kerrick Long shows how to do both unit and integration testing with the ember-testing and QUnit, including how to use the Karma Test Runner for Continuous Testing and TDD.

The STL Ember.js meetup is hosted by Second Street. We're at 11th & Olive downtown, in the historic Laclede Gas Light building. Come in the door with the black awning, and we're the first door on the left!

If you're driving, St. Louis City metered parking is free after 7pm. Alternatively, we're only a few blocks away from the 8th & Pine MetroLink Station.

Good to see everyone. Great info on ember app kit and thoughts on what type of build tools may become part of ember in future. Also excellent overview of TDD and outside in testing.

As I mentioned in the meetup, we're considering moving the monthly meetup to another day. Can you please answer this poll so we can get a feel for what days are best for everybody?

Last month, we didn't know there would be food provided so we ate beforehand. Should we expect the same this month? We won't eat beforehand if that's the case. Thanks!
