Why not share it with other STL Runners?
The purpose of this group is to explore a variety of routes/paths/trails/etc. in the St. Louis area while meeting your running goals and of course, have fun. The mileage will vary just like the location but the time and day will always be the same. There’s a possibility we’ll meet up afterward to enjoy a recovery beverage, discuss the evenings run and where to meet the next time.
