Come join us for some trail running through Castlewood Park. Depending upon how many people we have, we can break off into various pace groups. For most of these runs, we have averaged about a 10 minute mile and have stayed together.
The terrain ranges from flat along the River Trail, to some more challenging single track trails that include some moderate to difficult rolling hills.
Distance options will vary from 3 - 8+ miles, as many of the trails circle back through or near the parking lot which will allow you to jump off when you've had enough.
Its been a great group and we've combined with the Lifetime Fitness Club runners who are led by Erika for some added company.
Many runs have been followed by coffee & Breakfast at one of the many local coffee houses.
So grab your trail shoes and come on out and join us!!! The park and the trails are beautiful and the company is second to none!!!

Hey all... I'm sorry to say that I will have to cancel the run for this weekend. I have to work on Saturday morning and won't be able to make the run. I've tried to find someone to lead this run but haven't been able to. Also, the Lifetime Group that we usually run with will not be there either. Sorry about this, hope to see you on a future run!

Hey Wes!! I'm probably looking at 5 - 6 miles on this one since my graduating cautiously after being on injury reserve :-). See ya Sat!!
