Life Time Fitness Tuesday Night Run Club (Open To All)

Life Time Run Club fun runs are open to all. We will run 1.5 miles, 5K and[masked] mile routes. Printed maps for each distance are available and now that the sun is out longer, you can read the map and see the road! Also, Corner Pub is next door and serves great food and beer, just saying!

If you have any questions, please post.

If you don't plan to attend, please do NOT RSVP (unless you are changing from Yes). Thanks

I ran w/the group tonight. I'm not a member of Lifetime and a beginner runner too. Was last to finish the run :-) Come out next week and we can run together, nice and easy 4miler.

I'm a casual runner also. Not intense about it. But when I stopped in at Lifetime Fitness today, they asked if I was a member (no) and said most of the 6:00pm attendees are "experienced" and all are members of Lifetime Fitness.
Doesn't sound like an atmosphere I'm interested in; and not what their website says about "everyone welcome..."?? Go figure!

The group varies week by week so I'm not sure if everyone is an actual member at Lifetime. I've always been told that the run is open to everyone. I'm not sure what the people at the front desk are saying, but there is no need to be an "experienced" runner, all are welcome.

Id like to do this sometime. I'm new to the group. I love to run, but I'm not intense about it. The most I usually run when exercising is around 4 miles, but I'd like to increase that.

It's a very casual group overall with multiple distance and pace options to choose from. Come on out and join us.
