Introduction
I'm an avid runner...but I'm a slower runner. I ran my first half marathon in Oct. 2012 and look forward to improving my time and maybe doing a full marathon.

"I like running in the parks. I frequent Grant's Trail, Meramec Greenway, Creve Coeur and Forest Park. I also love themed runs - esp those that call for a costume! Looking for runners who avg 10min/mi or just to start/end a run together!"

Seems as if the new organizer has an issue with us. That's fine, we have all moved on but our pictures are there and we can't get them deleted. Before you leave could you delete them since you are co-organizer?

Yeah I asked about women playing for Rachel, (who plays pick up with us) they said, they've had women in the men's league before, it just depends on how good/comfortabl
e the women are with it.but to so answer your question the league is not "coed"
