Land & SUP Circuit Training:
Tired of your current work out routine? Try something truly new and innovative.
PADDLE FIT SUP works your core and fires up all of your stabilizing muscles. Combine SUP with a land based program and you truly have a full body workout.
There is strength in numbers. True statement, especially in our group Paddle Fitness circuit classes.
Come dressed to get wet, paddle and have fun in the sand!
What you can expect:
-Beach style bootcamp workout followed by on water Paddle Fitness. We may circuit train through the routine based upon skills and expertise.
Some paddle experience is preferable but not required. We ask that if you've never paddled before, please contact me for individual or group beginner lessons.
We work in small groups of 6-10 and they're packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who'll inspire and push you.
IMPORTANT: If you need a board, please RSVP using the attendee list.
IF you DO NOT need a board, please do not RSVP but please just drop us a note (email or on message board)that you will be joining us.
