Come join us for a morning of SUP fitness training. This is geared to provide you with strength training, SUP sprint paddle training, on water circuit training to improve balance, core strength, endurance, flexibility, and an overall jumpstart to your well-being.
We will be doing on and off water training, so please bring shoes if you have sensitive feet in the grass and sand. Also, bring plenty of water and sunscreen.
If you have your own board, the class is $5 per person
If you need a board, the class, board, paddle, and PFD is $20
