Stand up paddle-boarding (SUP) is one of the fastest growing water sports. Even though we're hosting yoga classes, SUP is not just for people who love yoga. Paddle boards offer a versatile off shore experience that can be enjoyed at any pace or position!
These yoga classes are designed for everyone, and you don't have to be a yoga expert, or even know anything about yoga to gain from this experience. We start at the basics of learning how to use the boards and transitioning from different sitting and standing positions, and work our way up from there.
What exactly can you gain from this class? For starters, you'll be getting one of the best core body workouts you didn't even know existed.
