Competitive Intelligence for Startups, Products & Companies at all stages: The Power Of Pattern Recognition For Deciphering Changing Market Forces And Customer Needs with Sean Campbell

To gain a business advantage in today’s market, one must not only be quick, agile, and in-tune with customers, but must have a solid understanding of where the competition is at and where it is heading.

Product Managers need a rich analytical toolbox in hand so they can better understand their market, react to changing customer needs, and grow their overall share of the market. Knowledge of specific competitive intelligence frameworks and how to apply them will better enable product professionals to analyze competitors, develop winning strategies, and build better products.

You'll be exposed to 10+ frameworks for analyzing your competitors, the industry you reside in, and the challenges you face. Each will be paired up against a worthy opponent. In so doing you’ll learn the strengths and weaknesses of each framework. You’ll also be provided real world examples of how we've used these frameworks for maximum effect.

In short you will leave this talk with a new toolbox of analytical tools in-hand that can help you drive better competitor, industry, or business level insights.
