Sunset Paddle Board Yoga with Jillian!

For all experience levels! Come join us for a rejuvenating and peace-inducing sunset paddleboard yoga session. Immersed in the serene mangrove lagoons of Lido Key, we will open up the body and calm the mind to the sounds of nature and crystal singing bowls. Paddle boards provided, $35. Bring your own board, only $20!
