Morning SUP Workout

We will meet on Tuesdays at Siesta Key and Thursdays at Lido Key for a morning SUP workout including drills, sprints, and upwind/downwind paddles. Drop the kids off at school and head down to the beach for your own workout and leave the water feeling refreshed and energized to start your day. The best part about this class is that all equipment is there waiting for you--you just show up and join us out on the water.

NOTE:  Tuesday meets at Turtle Beach, Thursday class meets at Lido Beach
