The deterioration of the quality of our food and the introduction of GMO's (Frankenfoods). Also the availability, or lack thereof should there be a collapse, whether from man made or natural disaster.
I am interested in allowing others the opportunity to learn about food storage, the difference, pros and cons of dehydrated and freeze dried foods. Offering assistance and training in basics, such as building food storage, basic necessity stores, alternate water storage, alternate power, alternate cooking options. Things I am interested in continuing to strengthen my skills in, are solar cooking, learning more about herbs for medicinal purposes, efficient, natural gardening, tactical self defense, bee keeping.
