Love golf but hate playing alone. Wouldn't mind finding some golf buddies for an occasional round.

Hope to see you tomorrow Casey!
Hope you had a great 14. I might've spotted you towards the tail end of your run - when you passed the hut - I'm assuming you were finishing the last couple miles? Great work!
Hi Casey,
Good to meet you this morning. Yah I ran my full 18. The last 2 were rough but I still kept a pretty good pace. I'm getting ready for Napa Valley in March as well. The reason I'm running longer now is I was planning on trying out the Skyline to the Sea run in April too which is a 30 miler. Would love to run together. I know you're at a much faster pace than I am now but we can always do some speed workouts or 5-7's together if you like.
Hi casey, good to see you again on Sunday at LGCT. I only saw you before and after PG&E run, did you actually run? You are the inspiration for runner's high. I ended up doing another 16miles with another group who's tapering for the CIM. Hobee's coffee cake after PG&E run helped.
That particular run was in North Tahoe. Lots of snow so it was an interesting run because there was no trail/path. Bummer to hear about the injury. Hope you're not out for too long of a time!
Honestly I have not run much over the last couple weeks! Without a race on the calendar my weekly mileage has decreased a lot. I RSVP'd for next Saturday's run - probably go between 6-8 miles. Cheers!
Thanks!!! :) First time ive ever ran 10 miles so i'm pretty happy about it. I'm now shooting for a 2 hr - ish time :) Good to hear your foot is healing well. I bet your just itching to get back into running. Wow! You must be one of the pros if you're trying to qualify for the boston marathon! That's awesome! Goooood Luck!
Hi Casey! It's going great! i'm up to 10 miles already...how's
ur foot doing? i also see that you're still doing the marathon this fall? :)
I was hoping to glean some useful info for you on home remedies for foot soreness/stress
fracture, but all it says is: limit weight bearing, stick to low impact exercise. An orthotic device may be necessary to reduce pressure at the fracture site. How are you managing? Have you been swimming instead? I'm going to try the vinegar wraps and the rosemary wraps for my sore muscles.
