Citizens in Space and the Silicon Valley Space Center invite students and researchers on May 4th and 5th for a unique opportunity to meet space industry leaders and potentially secure a sponsored seat on the XCOR Lynx spacecraft by building and flying your cubelab payload experiment!
At our 2-day workshop in Mountain View, participants will enjoy presentations and meet leaders from space powerhouses like NASA and XCOR as well hands-on training with Arduino technologies and the Ardulab modules from Infinity Aerospace. Co-founders Manu Sharma and Brian Reiger will lead the training in software and hardware examples for microgravity experiments on the XCOR Lynx vehicle using the cublab form factor.
We will also feature hands-on exposure to a variety of other space programs, microcontrollers, sensors, imaging systems and other components for designing and building microgravity, fluid-physics, life-science and engineering experiments.
I have attached a list of speakers for May 4th - 5th workshop below.
Student discounts (via "studentsinspace" discount code) and press passes (contact me directly) are available.
Please contact me ([masked]) with questions.
I would greatly appreciate 'spreading the word' on our workshop.
Hope to see you there. Come fly with us!
Cheers and best wishes,
